WHAT TO DO

The suggestive surroundings, the hiking tracks and the local fauna are some of the interesting peculiarities of our farm. But the feather in our cap is surely the marvellous natural setting of the Apuan Alps. Many hiking tracks cross the mountains and link the highest peaks; they also lead to the nearby small villages, with their own typical local craftmade products, such as the numberless souvenirs made of marble: the village of S. Sant’Anna, where you can visit the historical museum of the Resistance in the park of Peace; the natural cave of Antro del Corchia and the Mercury Mine of Levigliani; the Medici Palace in Seravezza, which hosts The Museum of Work and Folk Traditions; the historical and artistic attractions of Piatrasanta, such as the beautiful Piazza Duomo or the “Museo dei Bozzetti", which gathers sketches, models and drawings of sculptures carried out by over 250 Italian and foreign artists who did or are still doing their work in one of the many artistic studios in the town.; the natural, protected area named Lago di Porta; the Malaspina fortress in Massa; the house of Maestro Puccini in Torre Del lago, along the Massaciuccoli lake; Lerici, Portovenere, Le Cinque Terre. From our farm you can reach in approx. half an hour the renowned sandy beaches of Forte Dei Marmi as well as from the cities of art of Pietrasanta, Lucca and Pisa. You can enjoy a guided tour to all those attractions or just relax in the scado of our pergola with a glas of good wine.
